We intervene on site for the participation, the realization, the intervention and the maintenance of new work, renovations and extensions, according to the specific domains of our customers / according to the field of our customers.


Description



We are looking for a HEM ENGINEER for a minimum of 12 months in ETHIOPIA for one of our clients.


  • Supervision of the work of the contractors on site: turbine/alternator units; mechanical and electrical auxiliaries

  • Commissioning tests and acceptance of equipment

  • Analysis of contractors' requests

  • Coordination of works and acceptance between contractors

  • Drafting of letters and analysis reports for the Head of Development or Head Office

  • Writing weekly and monthly progress reports

  • Making presentations to the client and Ethiopian authorities.



Profil


  • 20 years experience in hydro mechanical equipment / turbine generator set / erection / supervision of works / commissioning / acceptance.

  • Significant experience in hydro mechanical equipment in engineering or with a manufacturer in the hydroelectric field.

  • Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical equipment.

  • Knowledge of foreign sites.

  • Experience in commissioning and acceptance of works.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

  • Ability to write.

  • Good interpersonal skills in a multicultural context.

  • Experience in Africa
