DCAI is a technical assistance company that has been providing its expertise to large national and international groups since 1978.




We intervene on site for the participation, the realization, the intervention and the maintenance of new work, renovations and extensions, according to the specific domains of our customers / according to the field of our customers.


We are looking for a COMMISSIONING MANAGER for a minimum of 9 months in MOROCCO.

The role of the Commissioning Manager is to ensure the execution of the various stages of commissioning and maintenance of sites in the gas treatment industry.

The Commissioning Manager is responsible for the commissioning of all aspects of gas treatment installations, including mechanical, electrical, automation and process control.

Finally, he or she is responsible for ensuring that the projects comply with environmental protection requirements.

In order to accept the new installations and train the end customer in their operation, the project team on site needs to be reinforced by a person with the following tasks

  • Supervision of the pre-commissioning phase

  • Management of project personnel

  • Responsible for commissioning

  • Implementation of compliance testing procedures

  • Monitoring technical and performance tests

  • Management of relations with the various internal partners (design office, process and technical team, etc.) and external partners (suppliers, service providers, etc.)

  • Field process expertise on ventilation and F-gas treatment installations

  • Coordination between the different actors on the site, on the customer side and on the end customer side

Main activities and responsibilities :

  • Analysis of PIDs, PFDs, HMBs, datasheets... all existing process documents and technical manuals

  • Revision of process documents according to customer comments and installation modifications

  • Participation in internal and external (customer) process meetings

  • Drafting of reports and action plans

  • Measurements and adjustments at operating points in relation to the customer's process and commitments

  • Assistance with performance guarantee tests on installations

  • Detection and diagnosis of process malfunctions, deviations from operating points and performance guarantees

  • Resolution of performance problems

  • Collection of all operating data to ensure efficient feedback for the project (quality of atmospheric emissions, water and electricity consumption, etc.)

  • Theoretical and practical customer training
