GAS – SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER – BELGIUM (12 Months)
Description :
We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer for a minimum of 12 months in Belgium (41). Your role will be to define the process for a hydrogen production facility using electrolysis and to draw up the associated fluid flow diagrams. You will also take part in risk analyses and the definition of safety barriers.

Drawing up P&IDs,
-
Write operating manuals and functional analyses,
-
Carry out mass and heat balances,
-
Participate in HAZOPs and follow up actions,
-
Write the Safety Requirement Specification for safety instrumented systems (SIS),
-
Perform ATEX zoning calculations.
Profile :
-
Engineering degree (chemical, mechanical or electromechanical)
-
At least 10 years' experience in the chemicals or petrochemicals sector (ideally also in hydrogen),

Experience in the Oil&Gas sector

Experience in producing P&IDs and writing functional analyses,
-
Participation in HAZOP,
-
Fluency in French and English
-
Good command of the Office suite, especially Excel
-
ATEX and PED regulations,
-
Safety instrumented systems (IEC 61511),
-
API (e.g. API 521) and ASME (e.g. ASME B31.12) standards,
-
AutoCAD-type P&ID drawing software,
-
Sizing of control valves and valves.
