We are looking for an Equipment Manager for a minimum of 6 months in Spain (21).

• You will be responsible for the proper management of materials for all construction activities in accordance with customer specifications, project requirements and the SAP material management system.

• Develop, prior to the commencement of SMP activities, the project materials management procedure (including defining the use of customer materials management on site).

• You are responsible for the implementation of materials identification management on site through the S/C SMP and E&I facilities.

• You review the S/C procedure to manage the warehouse and ensure that good control is maintained over the material until the end of construction activities.

• You will liaise with the Centre Manager to ensure the delivery of materials according to construction requirements (including coordination with the Site Planner and Site Supervisors).

• You will liaise with the centre manager to inform him/her of material deliveries, inspections and any problems found.

• You are responsible for the handover of materials (phases 1 and 2) to each S/C, carrying out full quantitative and qualitative inspections.

• You report to the centre manager, via the NCR system, any deviations found on the material and ensure that the material is replaced appropriately so as not to affect site activities.

• You will manage the use of the SAP system in order to constantly analyse the material available in the prefabs or on site, check the available work front and inform the site manager.

• You will prepare and submit a weekly report on the state of materials to the site manager.

• You will be responsible for the proper management of start-up and two-year spare parts, from the time materials are received on site until the mechanical work is completed.

• You will be responsible for the proper management of spare parts, from receipt of materials on site to handover to the customer.

• Drafting of NCRs associated with his/her scope of responsibility
