DISPATCHING CONTROL ASSISTANCE INTERNATIONAL

We are looking for a CAL Commissioning Supervisor for a minimum of 12 months in India (83).

Ensure that all work complies with safety standards and regulations.

Carry out safety inspections and risk assessments.

Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Supervise the installation of heating systems to ensure that they are installed correctly.

Carry out checks and inspections before commissioning.

Carry out initial start-up and testing of heating systems.

Check that all components are installed in accordance with the design specifications and the manufacturer's instructions.

Carry out functional and performance tests on furnace systems.

Calibrate controls and safety devices to ensure correct operation.

Record and analyse test data to identify and solve problems

Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating systems.

Carry out routine and preventive maintenance tasks.

Upgrade and adapt existing systems to improve performance and compliance.

Prepare detailed reports on commissioning activities, test results and maintenance work.

Keep accurate records of inspections, repairs and modifications.

Provide customers with documentation and training on system operation and maintenance.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a related field.

Relevant certifications in HVAC, combustion systems or related fields are an asset.

Minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience in commissioning CGL/CAL furnaces.

Strong understanding of heating systems, combustion processes and control systems.

Proficiency in the use of testing and calibration tools.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
