We are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor E&I for a minimum of 12 months in France (73). 

210 days per year abroad, mainly in Asia

Supervise all project activities on site (210 days per year abroad, mainly in Asia) to ensure cost-effective execution of deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule and safety requirements during start-up, construction and/or erection, commissioning and maintenance phases.

• Site planning: Plans project activities on site with the project manager, including local resource requirements, equipment and milestones. Coordinates agreement between the client and external resources on construction objectives, health and safety requirements, site organisation and policy.

• Site coordination and monitoring: Responsible for the site, including the coordination of all activities on site to ensure that start-up, construction, erection, testing and commissioning activities are carried out in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule and safety requirements.

• Stakeholder relations: Represents the project by establishing and maintaining effective and healthy relationships with customers as well as other local organisations, such as authorities and suppliers, to ensure their active support in field activities.

• Material Handling: Ensuring the correct handling, storage and installation of equipment supplied by our customer, coordinating on-site storage as well as shipping logistics to ensure the timely delivery of equipment and materials to site.

• Sub-contractors: Manage subcontractors on site to ensure quality of workmanship and to meet agreed delivery times and standards.
