The Subcontracts Manager will be part of the site management team. This strategic role will involve the management of construction sub-contracts (civil, mechanical, electrical) from the construction phase through to contract closure.

Main responsibilities

• Manage all contractual and commercial aspects of subcontractors.

• Manage amendments and claims in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Monitor and validate weekly progress and monthly payments.

• Coordinate quantity measurements and close contracts.

• Organising and documenting weekly meetings with subcontractors.
