DCAI is seeking an experienced Instrumentation Engineer specializing in Functional Safety for a major industrial project. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of Safety Requirement Specifications (SRS) and Safety Instrumented Functions (SIFs), perform SIL reliability calculations, and participate in various safety lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project SRS leading to SIF definition and SIL allocation

• Perform SIL verification calculations using tools like exSILentia

• Prepare and verify project-specific Safety Instrumented System (SIS) design

• Participate in HAZOP, LOPA, and FSA audits

• Validate SIS design, review safety manuals, and SIL certificates

• Conduct safety inspections and independent FSA audits

• Supervise the coordination of Package Units related to safety systems

• Contribute to the development of safety standards and work processes
