D.C.A.I., a leader in international technical assistance, supports companies in managing complex projects in the energy, transport and construction sectors. To support our development, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Developer . Commercial management:

Develop and retain a client portfolio by meeting their skills needs.

Draft and negotiate appropriate commercial proposals.
Recruitment:

Identify, attract and select the best talent for international assignments.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills.
Mission coordination:
-
Monitor candidates in post and ensure their satisfaction and that of clients.

Work in collaboration with internal teams (legal, operations) to manage contractual and administrative aspects.
Monitoring:
-
Monitor market trends and anticipate resource requirements.

Profile :
Education: Bac+2/3 (two or three years of higher education) in business, human resources or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales management and/or recruitment, ideally in technical support or an international environment. Skills:

Excellent customer service and recruitment skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigour and responsiveness.

Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
Languages: Fluent French. Professional English (B2) required (other languages appreciated).
