Instrumentation Engineer – Germany – 12 Months

As part of an international energy project, we are seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer to support the technical execution and finalisation of a strategic industrial project. You will be responsible for all technical aspects related to electrical systems and instrumentation, from client technical validation to on-site installation supervision. Key Responsibilities

Develop the list of electrical consumers and instruments

Prepare the I/O list based on P&ID in collaboration with the process team

Write technical specifications in line with project requirements

Manage all technical aspects of the project from contract award to installation

Act as technical point of contact with the client to ensure full compliance

Coordinate internal and external contributors

Review, validate and approve engineering documents and drawings
Profile :
-
Engineering degree in electrical systems, instrumentation, or industrial automation
-
At least 8 years of experience in the industrial or energy sector

Strong ability to read and interpret low/high-voltage diagrams, automation architecture, and P&ID

Experience with industrial instrumentation and valves (or willingness to develop such skills)

Full professional proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)

Organised, hands-on, analytical and proactive

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in international environments

Willingness to travel abroad occasionally
