The Process Furnace Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and optimising furnace-related processes (CAL, CGL, refractory) on industrial project sites. 
The role ensures technical performance, process reliability, compliance with safety standards, and coordination between subcontractors, and clients.

• Supervise and coordinate all process-related activities involving industrial furnaces (CAL, CGL, refractory).

• Monitor and optimise process parameters to ensure production quality, performance, and energy efficiency.

• Analyse process data and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain operational reliability.

• Liaise with engineering, maintenance, and HSE teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety regulations.

• Participate in commissioning activities, process validation, and performance testing of furnace systems.

• Coordinate on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to project timelines.

• Prepare and present process performance reports and suggest continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support training and technical guidance for local operators and on-site teams.
