DCAI is currently supporting a major engineering project and is seeking a Site Ecology Supervisor to oversee environmental compliance and biodiversity monitoring on a construction site.

The role involves ensuring that ecological protection measures are properly implemented in accordance with regulatory requirements, project commitments and environmental authorisations.

This position is site-based and requires close coordination with contractors, environmental authorities and the project management team.

• Monitor and supervise ecological measures on site

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and project environmental commitments

• Oversee biodiversity protection measures and compensatory actions

• Monitor protected species (flora and fauna, including invasive species management)

• Review and validate contractor environmental documentation

• Coordinate with environmental stakeholders and local authorities

• Support the implementation of ecological and environmental mitigation measures

• Provide technical advice related to biodiversity and environmental constraints

• Participate in site inspections and environmental audits
