Description :
For a major international hydropower project, support is required for contract management activities across multiple EPC construction lots, under FIDIC contractual frameworks. The role involves managing complex contractual environments with multiple stakeholders and large-scale infrastructure packages.

Lead all contractual matters across several construction lots (EPC contracts)

Manage contracts under:

FIDIC Silver Book
-
FIDIC Red Book (current and future packages)
-

Provide guidance and support to site teams (engineering, planning, cost control, legal)

Coordinate and validate inputs/outputs from multidisciplinary teams
-
Prepare and review:
-
contractual correspondence
-
reports
-
meeting minutes (MoM)
-
formal notices and claims-related documentation
-
-
Support contract strategy, risk mitigation and dispute management
Profile :
-
25+ years of experience in construction / contract management
-
Strong international experience on large infrastructure projects (hydropower preferred)

Proven expertise in:

FIDIC Silver Book
-
FIDIC Red Book
-

Experience on minimum 2 projects under each contract type

Degree in Civil Engineering and/or Construction Law

Contract administration and claims management
-
Strong knowledge of FIDIC frameworks

Experience in dispute resolution (DAB / arbitration is a plus)

Excellent drafting skills (reports, letters, contractual documents)

Ability to work in complex international environments

Fluent English (mandatory)
