We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Erection Supervisor to support a short-term supervision assignment on a Cold Rolling Mill project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical erection activities on site, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

• Supervise mechanical erection activities under the authority of the Site Manager

• Ensure strict compliance with HSE and quality procedures

• Lead and coordinate erection teams on site

• Interpret technical drawings and ensure proper understanding by site teams

• Monitor installation and alignment of mechanical equipment (tension reel, mill, etc.)

• Perform Open Package Inspections (OPI) and issue associated reports

• Identify non-conformities (NCs), produce reports and propose corrective actions

• Prepare and validate erection documentation and data sheets

• Estimate manpower requirements and report any deviations

• Participate in technical discussions and propose solutions

• Maintain daily reporting and contribute to weekly progress reports

• Manage punch lists and pending points tracking
