Business Analyst – Belgium – 3 Months

Our customer, a technology leader for over 200 years, develops industrial solutions for the energy transition, decarbonisation, green mobility and the preservation of natural resources. In this context of HR modernisation, we are looking for a Business Analyst specialising in SAP SuccessFactors to support the optimisation of HR processes and tools.
Job objective :

Reporting to the Head of HR Process Office, you will act as an intermediary between the HR business teams and the SAP technical teams. You will contribute to the analysis of requirements, the definition of processes and the continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors solution.
Your tasks :
  • Analyse existing HR processes and propose improvements via SAP SF (Employee Central, LMS, Recruitment, Performance, etc.);
  • Gathering and formalising functional requirements in line with business priorities;
  • Co-design the target solutions with the SAP teams (EA Team), prioritising the use of standard SAP SF functionalities;
  • Supporting the testing, acceptance and key user training phases;
  • Documenting system changes and leading change management;
  • Provide post-deployment L0 support and coordination with support teams (particularly in India);
  • Participate in the implementation of SAP indicators/reporting (SAP BO, SAC, BW, etc.).
Profile :
  • Training: Master's degree in Information Systems, HR or Business (SAP certifications appreciated) ;
  • Experience:
    • 7-10 years' experience as an SAP SF Business Analyst;
    • 7-10 years' experience in HR functions (as a key or functional user, not just a consultant);
  • Technical skills:
    • Proven mastery of the Employee Central module (min. 5 years) ;
    • Overall knowledge of other SF modules;
    • Understanding of SAP ECC / S/4 integration;
    • Knowledge of SAP reporting;
  • Languages:
    • English: fluent professional (experience with India appreciated) ;
    • French: native bilingual required.
