Business Developer – France – Permanent Position
Description :
D.C.A.I., a company specialising in international technical assistance, supports strategic projects in the energy, transport and industrial sectors. To support our development, we are recruiting a full-time Business Developer. Business development :

Actively prospect for new accounts in promising sectors (energy, construction, engineering, industry).

Identify technical skill requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

Draft, present and negotiate tailor-made commercial offers.

Retain existing customers by providing high-quality support.
Recruitment and coordination :

Manage recruitment campaigns in line with your clients' needs.

Oversee the selection of candidates (with the support of a sourcing manager).

Monitor the integration of consultants on assignment and ensure their satisfaction.

Coordinate contractual aspects with internal teams (legal, administrative).
Monitoring and strategy :

Monitor target markets, tenders and HR trends.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development tools and methods.
Profile :
-
Education: Two to three years of higher education in commerce, business development, human resources or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a B2B sales role, ideally in the recruitment or technical support sector.

Key skills:

Excellent negotiation and customer relations skills.

Ability to understand the technical challenges of a position in order to better respond to them.

Autonomy, rigour, results-oriented approach.

Languages: Fluent French. Professional English required.
