Commissioning Supervisor – Roumania – 3 Months
Description :
As part of the start-up of a new oxygen production unit, we are looking for a Commissioning Supervisor (F/M) to oversee commissioning operations. This role involves on-site technical supervision to ensure plant compliance, test management and validation of plant performance. Pre-commissioning and commissioning of installations

Check P&IDs, carry out circuit blowing, flushing and inerting.

Supervise loop testing and functional testing of equipment.

Validate DCS modifications and adjustments in collaboration with automation teams.
Supervision of electrical and mechanical work

Supervise electrical work (LV/HV) and rotating equipment.

Check conformity of connections and electrical and instrumentation diagrams.

Supervise start-up and validation operations on rotating equipment.
Reporting and quality documentation

Complete quality documents and certification forms for final unit acceptance.

Produce weekly reports detailing work progress, upcoming activities and problems encountered.

Ensure rigorous follow-up of blocking points and propose corrective actions.
Supervision and coordination of on-site teams

Manage and coordinate site teams and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on site.

Ensure effective communication between the various project stakeholders.
Profile :
-
5 years' higher education in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Process).

Proven experience in commissioning industrial installations.

Good command of commissioning and pre-commissioning on industrial plants.

Advanced reading and interpretation of P&IDs, isometrics, electrical and instrumentation diagrams.

Experience in supervision of rotating equipment and DCS systems.

Knowledge of control loops and functional testing.

Autonomy and leadership, ability to make decisions in the field.

Thoroughness and organization to ensure accurate monitoring of operations.

Excellent team management and site coordination skills.
-
Fluent English mandatory, bilingual French required.
