As part of the emblematic Grand Paris Express Line 16 project, DCAI is looking for a Contract Management expert. This key role involves the contractual management of project management and civil engineering works contracts.

Your main tasks will be :

• Defining and developing the overall contractual strategy for the project;

• Supporting contract managers during contract execution and closure;

• Drafting correspondence, analyses of requests for quotations, service orders and requests for additional remuneration;

• Participating in contract reviews and managing changes in scope;

• Identify and anticipate contractual obligations and claims;

• Analysing requests for changes to contracts or claims and proposing appropriate strategies;

• Contribute to the Décompte Général Définitif (DGD) and contract closure;

• Monitor work and the removal of reservations.

Expected deliverables :

• Progress and monitoring reports;

• Site meeting minutes.
