Electrical & Automation Supervisor – Equatorial Guinea – 12 Months
Description :
We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical & Automation Supervisor to join an offshore project on board an FPSO vessel off the coast of Equatorial Guinea.

Lead a team of 5 to 6 technicians on board the FPSO

Ensure continuous communication and coordination with onshore teams

Schedule and supervise daily activities

Prepare and update technical and operational site documentation

Ensure safety, quality, and performance of all interventions
Profile :

Strong background in industrial electricity and automation

Excellent understanding of automation systems (brand agnostic: ABB, Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, etc.)

Proven track record in offshore project supervision

Ability to perform under pressure in an international offshore environment

Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills

Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)

Valid BOSIET / HUET certifications

Significant experience on offshore units (FPSO, platforms, tankers, etc.)
