Engineering Manager
Description :
As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of the Dunkerque CO2 Terminal project, from the development phase through to project execution. Your main tasks: Development phase:

Guarantee the technical integrity of the CO2 terminal design.

Validating the technical annexes to the EPC tenders and the bidders' responses.

Supervising additional studies and modifications to the FEED if necessary.

Working with technical experts to validate critical aspects.
-
Coordinating the activities of the technical coordinators for the various work packages.

Balancing commercial, financial and technical requirements.
Execution phase:
-
Lead the CO2 terminal technical team.
-
Monitor the technical progress of the project and manage interfaces with stakeholders.
-
Share lessons learned and best practices within the team.

Profile :
Education :
-
Engineering degree in industrial engineering, industrial gases or equivalent.
Experience :
-
Minimum 15 years' engineering experience in industrial or petroleum projects.
-
At least 5 years in an engineering management role.
Technical skills :
-
Demonstrated expertise in engineering management for large-scale projects.

Knowledge of design processes and associated technologies.

Good understanding of various engineering disciplines.
General skills :

Proactivity and ability to see activities through to completion.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
-
Solution-oriented mindset and ability to mobilise available resources.
