EPC – CSRD ANALYST – BELGIUM (6 Months)
Description :
We are looking for a CSRD Analyst for a minimum of 6 months in Belgium (41). Overview In the context of emerging EU environmental, social and governance regulations, We have to report on non-financial performance in 18 months' time. To prepare for this new type of reporting, we are looking for a motivated, data-minded and eager-to-learn (Junior) CSRD Analyst The CSRD Analyst is a key employee and team member of the newly created sustainability team. He/she will support the team in the implementation and follow-up of the group sustainability strategy, the CSRD-compliant sustainability report, the sustainability-related communication strategy and ad-hoc business requests. Contributing to the timely delivery of our ambitious sustainability roadmap by providing hands-on support to the Chief Sustainability Officer and the Sustainability Manager in a broad range of

Driving and documenting the data collection and processing of the quantitative information required by the European Sustainability Reporting Standards

Documenting data and tooling related challenges with the aim of seeking data flow automation and efficiency improvements in collaboration with the functional analyst

Adopting and implementing the CSRD tool

Being a sustainability team ambassador through effective collaboration with all relevant departments and business sustainability coordinators
Responsibilities
The duties of the CSRD Analyst are amongst others:

Driving and implementing the ESG data collection process, including training and awareness of the affected data and/or system owners

Document data flows, data owners and system with the aim of providing a clear audit trail and with the aim of identifying opportunities for automation in collaboration with the IT department

Building knowledge on ESRS to help deliver a CSRD-compliant sustainability report and diffuse knowledge/awareness to the organization

Channel ESG data into the CSRD-tool and build up expertise of the

Present progress and other relevant information to the business sustainability coordinators

Support the Chief Sustainability Officer and Sustainability Program Manager with planning meetings, taking meeting minutes and other ad-hoc tasks

Provide input to the internal sustainability communication plan in linkage with the awareness and change management aspects of the sustainability roadmap. Align and implement with internal communication team and other relevant stakeholders.
