For one of our clients, we are looking for a Property Project Manager for a minimum of 6 months in France (93). For real estate and logistics:

• Coordinate and manage the property development portfolio of the France organisation ;
• Manage property projects with the support of our client (new sites, property renovations) while respecting costs, quality and deadlines;
• Providing information, analyses and recommendations to the various stakeholders (site managers, property spoc, HR manager, staff representative, etc.);
• Supporting activities and coordinating with the FM Manager for maintenance, repairs and vehicle fleet activities;
• Monitoring suppliers as backup to the FM manager, to whom we have delegated tertiary logistics activities: security management, cleaning, catering, waste disposal management, etc.

Coordination:

• Managing stakeholders in operational activities as required and alerting them to any difficulties encountered;
• Monitoring, challenging budgets and schedules;
• Define and implement relevant global/transversal KPIs to ensure proper monitoring and performance of activities;
• Liaise with the committees of the French legal entities as required (CODIR, CSE, Sterco Real Estate, etc.);
• Develop and/or maintain tools to ensure the most efficient processes and the best end-user experience;
• Coordinate, supervise and create a close and trusting relationship with the Real Estate teams;
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including management, employee representatives, human resources, IT and end-users;
• Ensuring regular and relevant communication between stakeholders, particularly at key milestones;

The deliverables will be as follows:

• Drawing up the project plan: objectives, stages, resources, deadlines, communication plan;
• Weekly progress report ;
• Monthly summary for the steerco real estate ;
• Budget and schedule monitoring;
• Meeting minutes;
• Support for presentations;
• Drawing up recommendations to improve the property project management process.
