EPR Project Engineer – France (13) – 6 Months

Description :
As part of various nuclear projects, an engineering company is seeking a Project Engineer to provide technical management and overall business coordination within the nuclear division.

The position requires strong skills in technical project management, multi-disciplinary coordination and monitoring complex projects in a regulated environment.
  • Manage and coordinate project stakeholders (organising steering meetings, scoping and progress).
  • Provide technical leadership for all sectors involved in the project.
  • Be responsible for planning, cost compliance and technical quality.
  • Work with the planner to define performance indicators and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Establish and monitor the project's risk analysis in conjunction with contributors.
  • Manage supplier relations: technical monitoring, procurement, management of mechanical and structural design engineers.
  • Ensure interdisciplinary technical coordination between studies, projects and related professions.
  • Manage specific contracts and ensure the capitalisation of feedback (REX).
Profile :
  • Education: General engineer or engineer specialising in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or instrumentation.
  • Experience: minimum 2 years, ideally 7 years, in project engineering in the nuclear or complex industrial sector.
  • Management and coordination of technical projects.
  • Supplier monitoring and contract management.
  • Good understanding of business interfaces (mechanical, civil engineering, electrical, instrumentation).
  • Personal qualities: rigour, autonomy, team spirit, analytical and synthesis skills.
