As Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of the Hydrogen Division in Europe, managing strategic industrial projects and contributing to the optimisation and development of activities in an international context.

Your main tasks:

Development and supervision of financial performance:

• Set up structured and effective financial reporting, with key indicators (KPIs).

• Analysing financial results and making strategic recommendations.

• Supervising the closing of annual budgets and ensuring the reliability of financial forecasts.

• Managing industrial production costs and developing a European transfer pricing model.

Project management and cost optimisation:

• Financially monitor large-scale industrial projects (€50m to €150m).

• Analysing risks, proposing optimisation solutions and guaranteeing project profitability.

• Participating in contract negotiations with customers and suppliers.

Participating in strategic development:

• Acting as a financial partner to the departments to support them in their activities.

• Supervise and optimise financial flows within the Hydrogen Division.

• Contribute to growth projects: mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships.

Team management and coordination:

• Manage a team of two people.

• Ensure accounting, tax and reporting compliance for European entities.

• Work with other finance directors and the global CFO to harmonise processes.
