Functional Analyst SuccessFactors Employee Central – Belgium – 6 Months
Description :
Reporting to the Enterprise Applications team, you will be responsible for the functional analysis, design and implementation of HR solutions on SAP SuccessFactors, with a main focus on the Employee Central module. You will liaise between internal teams (HR, IT, SAP architecture) and the AMS provider (SDWorks).

Analyse HR processes and recommend improvements in line with SAP best practice.

Supporting the migration of HR data and defining master data requirements.

Ensure system testing, validation phases and deployment of new modules.

Provide strategic advice on the use of SuccessFactors modules (EC, recruitment, performance, training, etc.).

Write functional specifications and produce HR analysis reports.

Working with the Indian (IT) and Belgian (HR) teams and SAP consultants.

Taking an active part in architecture committees and managing changes to the HR IS.

Ensuring regular functional and technical reporting on progress.
Profile :
-
4/5-year degree in IT, information systems, HR or equivalent.

7 years' experience minimum on SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, including recent projects on Employee Central.

Functional expertise in several SF modules: EC, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, Learning.

Proven ability to manage SF IT resources.

Excellent communication, cross-functional and problem-solving skills.

Mastery of complex environments, integrations and data quality principles.

Knowledge of SAP Workzone and data governance is appreciated.
