GAS – PMO – BELGIQUE (15 Months)
Description :
We are looking for a Project Management Officer for a minimum of 15 months in Belgium (41).
-
Define and implement the Group's policies, fundamentals, standards or project management tools (PEST for Policies, Essentials, Standards and Tools), such as project lifecycle processes, monitoring and control systems, standards, governance, etc. in all entities of the sector,
-
Developing, maintaining (for tools, in collaboration with the IT Department), communicating, monitoring and improving any PEST specifically established for the Sector, in order to achieve the consistent quality expected for all projects,
-
Identify areas for improvement in terms of operational efficiency and initiate the development of the appropriate solution as a new process or tool to be implemented,
-
Audit, verify compliance, identify any risks or provide recommendations on PEST applicable to the Group and the Sector,
-
Propose and build dashboards with key performance indicators to support local managers,
-
Propose and build consolidated reporting at portfolio level,
-
Structure and manage the continuous improvement of interfaces between PM teams and other functions (Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, etc.),

If specifically requested by Sector Management, analyse and review project data in order to improve it,

Provide support to local department managers and/or project teams on a specific issue (risks, claims, team organisation, etc.),

Train teams and help local department managers implement Group and Sector policies, fundamental principles, standards or tools, in collaboration with the Human Resources department,

Communicating, supporting and coordinating Group or Sector training programmes,
-
Maintain/develop project management skills in accordance with the international PMI (Project Management Institute) standard.

Managing a team of 3 people.
Profile :
-
Master's degree (HEC/Business Administration or Project Management Engineering),
-
PMI certification (or another certification such as Prince 2) is an asset,
-
Fluency in written and spoken English and French.

At least 10 years' experience in project management,

Experience in an international and complex environment,
-
Knowledge of ERP with SAP (MM, PS modules, etc.),

Experience of using document and data management solutions (ie. SharePoint & Office 365...) and a planning tool.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including with technical and non-technical clients and with staff at all levels of the organisation.
