GAS – SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – BELGIUM (12 Months)
Description :
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager for a minimum of 12 months in Belgium (40).

Define the project framework and identify external and internal partners,
-
Organise and conduct meetings with customers, partners and subcontractors,
-
Define the channels of communication with the customer, suppliers and subcontractors,
-
Maintain commercial relations with the customer, from the time of acknowledgement of receipt of the project through to final acceptance of the installation,
-
Manage and coordinate the project teams, and if necessary work on the technical aspects of the project with colleagues:
-
Participating in the drafting of specifications for the consultation of subcontractors,
-
Coordinate the production of detailed studies (PID diagrams, layouts, guide drawings, various dimensions),
-
Participate in the selection of suppliers and subcontractors for your projects, taking care to protect the interests of the company and minimise environmental impact,

Drawing up technical specifications for equipment purchases and technical discussions with suppliers,
-
Drawing up and monitoring project schedules and passing them on to customers,
-
Monitor the completion of studies with the support of the design office,
-
Manage the contractual, administrative and financial aspects of projects (including amendments and quarterly budget reviews),
-
Providing customers with documentation on all the aspects they require, ensuring that the information provided is exhaustive and consistent,

Participate in the definition and implementation of your department's work processes and tools.
Profile :
-
You have a Master's degree in engineering, ideally in electromechanics,
-
You have at least 10 years' experience as a Project Manager,
-
As part of your career, you will have one or more professional experiences in international project management, ideally on complex industrial electromechanical installations in the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors,

You have expertise in managing and maintaining financial budgets,
-
As a genuine people manager, you will demonstrate leadership and charisma and be able to manage multi-disciplinary teams,
-
You have at least a B2 level of English,

You have an innate commercial sense and are naturally customer and solution-oriented,
-
You are precise and organised, and you plan your work and that of your colleagues rigorously,
-
Caring, dynamic and resourceful, you're also optimistic and willing to share with your teams,
-
You will mainly work in the offices, but you will occasionally be sent abroad on site visits and customer meetings.
