We are looking for an experienced Site Planning Engineer to take over the planning of the 18 months construction activities of a major EPC contract. It consists in the greenfield installation of an Carbon Capture unit within industrial area with some brownfield works. The EP phase is already well advanced, site works are only starting.

• Ability to prepare the baseline of a project schedule and progress measurement sheets: Use the Work Breakdown Structure of the Group;

• Ensure that all the activities including those from the customer and other stakeholders are presented;

• Coordinate with Disciplines to ensure proper dates, duration, links and weight;

• Analyse the critical path (or close to be critical paths) and work with PM to improve and mitigate schedule risk;

• Coordinate with project team and discipline team

• Work in close relation with Project Engineers;

• Participate to projects reviews and coordination meetings of the project;

• On a monthly basis, update the schedule and progress measurement sheets as per actual progress and realistic forecast

• Do the progress analysis (late tasks and coming weeks/look-ahead tasks)

• Propose corrective measures to improve the situation;

• Assist in the planning of project execution and in the control of the project to meet the requirements in terms of time deadlines, and progress.

• Support Project Manager in the Project Execution Strategy decisions; Structure all activities from start of work to the end of project.

• Provide transparency regarding time deadlines and progress.
