As part of a major industrial EPC project related to energy transition (greenfield installation with brownfield interfaces), our client is seeking an experienced Site Planner to oversee the planning of on-site construction activities.

You will be involved in a large-scale project (approximately €150 million, construction period 18 months), working within an international project team with a high degree of autonomy on site.

• Develop and maintain the detailed construction schedule (baseline and updates)

• Structure the schedule according to the group WBS

• Integrate all activities (customer, EPC, subcontractors, stakeholders)

• Coordinate with project disciplines to validate durations, sequences and milestones.

• Analyse the critical path and propose corrective actions.

• Update actual progress and forecasts on a monthly basis

• Produce progress analyses, overdue tasks and look-ahead planning

• Participate in project meetings and coordination reviews

• Assist the Project Manager in the execution strategy

• Ensuring visibility and reliability of project deadlines
