Description :
The successful candidate will support on-site commissioning activities related to generator capability testing within an ALSPA P320 control environment. The role requires strong hands-on experience in excitation systems, generator protection, and performance validation in thermal or combined cycle power plants.

Execution of Generator Capability Tests (MW / MVAR capability validation)

Open-circuit and short-circuit testing

Load rejection and synchronisation to grid

AVR tuning and excitation system optimisation

Generator protection functional testing

ALSPA P320 control system verification and troubleshooting

Support during performance and reliability test phases

Coordination with commissioning and grid compliance teams
Profile :
-
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
-
Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in power plant commissioning

Proven experience with generator excitation and protection systems

Strong knowledge of ALSPA P320 (Controsteam / Controgas preferred)

Hands-on experience in thermal or combined cycle power plants

Ability to work autonomously on site
