As part of a major hydroelectricity project, we are looking for an experienced HSE Manager (F/M) to manage and supervise health, safety and environmental aspects on site. 
You will join an international engineering team under the responsibility of the Resident Project Manager (RPM).

Health & Safety of the supervision team (Site Team OHS):

• Ensure the proper application of the group's HSE policies on site.

• Organise internal communication, awareness-raising and training activities (toolbox, site walks, etc.).

• Carry out risk assessments and implement prevention programmes.

• Monitor HSE indicators (KPIs) and ensure regular reporting to headquarters.

• Participate in the management of health/safety issues in the city of residence.

HSE supervision of the worksite:

• Coordinate the Consultant's HSE team for the supervision of the works companies.

• Verify the compliance of the contractors' procedures with the standards in force.

• Carry out HSE audits and regular inspections.

• Participate in safety committees and investigations in the event of incidents or accidents.

• Analyse the causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure proper record keeping (reports, letters, monitoring sheets, etc.).
