We are looking for an HSES Manager (M/F ) to supervise and guarantee the safety, compliance and environment of the construction site and commissioning in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

HSES Supervision & Compliance

• Ensure the implementation of HSES policies on site during construction and commissioning.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulations standards in terms of health, safety and the environment.

• Verify and validate subcontractors' HSES plans, risk analyses and mandatory documents.

• Supervise and validate the use and safe storage of chemicals on site.

Audit & Risk Prevention

• Carrying out safety audits and identifying the necessary corrective actions.

• Stop work immediately in the event of unacceptable risks to the safety of teams or the environment.

• Set up an emergency response plan and adapt it if necessary.

• Organising and documenting site inspections and reports on safe and dangerous acts.

Training and supervision of subcontractors

• Leading and facilitating HSE meetings with all subcontractors.

• Train teams on work permits, working at height and confined spaces.

• Manage HSES documentation for subcontractors (JHA, permits, inspections, training).
