Nuclear Instrumentation & Control Project Engineer – France (13) – 6 Months

Description :
DCAI is currently seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Control Project Engineer to support major nuclear and energy projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating Instrumentation & Control (I&C) engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective collaboration between engineering teams, suppliers and project stakeholders.

This role combines project management, technical coordination and supplier management within highly regulated energy environments.
  • Lead and coordinate I&C engineering activities across assigned projects.
  • Organise and facilitate project steering, technical coordination and progress meetings.
  • Manage project stakeholders and ensure effective communication between all parties.
  • Develop project schedules, performance indicators and reporting tools.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to project management committees.
  • Participate in project risk identification, assessment and mitigation activities.
  • Coordinate interfaces between engineering disciplines and project teams.
  • Manage technical relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Supervise supplier engineering activities and monitor deliverable production.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and technical requirements.
  • Support procurement and contract management activities.
  • Monitor project execution, performance, quality and schedule objectives.
								
Profile :
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, Control Systems Engineering or equivalent.
  • Significant experience within the energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of Instrumentation & Control systems and engineering processes.
  • Experience in Automation and Control Systems Engineering.
  • Proven experience managing engineering projects within the energy sector.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Nuclear industry experience.
  • Industrial process control systems experience.
  • EPC project environment experience.
  • Supplier and subcontractor management experience.
