IT – SYSTEM SUPPORT ENGINEER – BELGIUM (10 Months)
Description :
We are looking for two System Support Engineers for a minimum of 10 months in Belgium (41).
-
Operational management and support of the infrastructure and ensure the smooth running of the network, servers and system applications. Monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure

Resolving incidents that could not be resolved by the Service Desk or generated by the monitoring system.

Installations, updates, tests, planning and configuration of the infrastructure.
-
Should be flexible to work / support to different time zones based on the project assigned.

Collaborate with local IT teams for technical scoping for any local need in datacentre implementations.

Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Profile :
Technical Skills & Experience
-
Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in managing large Windows server based platforms.

Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems and working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, ADFS, Exchange, IIS, SCCM

VMware Virtual Infrastructure Management Knowledge

Knowledge of network switching: TCP/IP, subnetwork calculations, VLAN concepts, firewall

Knowledge of Powershell scripts for the automation and management of Windows infrastructure.

Knowledge of Office365 and Azure

Installation of active devices in datacentre

Fluent in English both spoken and written as he is going to work at global level
Considered as a plus:

Knowledge of Linux.
