We are seeking an Project Engineer to coordinate Local Design Institute Engineering (LDI) activities, manage Construction Site Company (CSC) requirements, and oversee site permitting activities for a major industrial project in Bulgaria.

• Manage and coordinate the LDI engineering activities and CSC site requirements.

• Act as the main interface between LDI, CSC, and E&C Engineering teams based in France, Poland, and India.

• Ensure timely and clear communication across all project stakeholders, predicting and resolving potential issues before they impact project performance.

• Supervise, review, and approve deliverables according to the Project Quality Plan and Technical Document Management Plan.

• Coordinate and expedite engineering reviews, ensuring incorporation of all CSC feedback into LDI documentation.

• Monitor engineering progress, validate monthly L3 schedule updates, and challenge non-essential project changes.

• Manage site permitting activities to ensure compliance with Bulgarian regulations and permitting requirements.

• Plan inspections with E&C Construction Managers, LDI, and CSC, providing regular reports on permitting activities.

• Provide direction, prioritisation, and guidance to project teams for smooth execution.
