QA/QC Site Manager – Netherlands – 12 Months

Description :
As part of the construction of a 200 MW hydrogen electrolyser plant, we are seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Site Manager to lead all quality-related activities on site. The role involves coordination with internal teams, subcontractors and local authorities, ensuring that all works are executed in line with both international and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

– Represent the engineering organisation in all QA/QC matters towards contractors and partners
– Take full ownership of the on-site QA/QC management system
– Manage interface quality coordination between disciplines, partners, and subcontractors
– Lead and supervise the site-based QA/QC team
– Prepare and maintain the Conformity Declaration Package
– Conduct and follow up on technical audits and inspections
– Manage the site non-conformity system, and lead resolution and closure processes
– Monitor quality documentation compilation and raise alerts on deviations
– Update and approve ITPs in coordination with the QA/QC manager
– Lead the site documentation system improvement (electronic filing, traceability, updates)
– Report regularly on quality performance, KPIs, trends, and milestones
– Liaise with inspection bodies and local authorities as needed
– Ensure quality of civil, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation works
– Track and verify as-built documentation and installed quantities
– Support the construction manager in schedule analysis and delay mitigation
– Proactively contribute to HSE and quality culture onsite by leading toolbox talks
– Issue daily reports covering activities, quality observations, and actions
Profile :
– Minimum 10 years’ experience in a QA/QC or construction supervision role on industrial construction sites
– Proven track record in managing site-based QA/QC operations within multi-disciplinary environments
– Expertise in civil works, mechanical, piping, and E&I quality supervision
– Knowledge of ASME B31.3, ASME VIII div 1, EN 1090, ISO 9001, PED, and ATEX
– Familiar with NEN (Dutch) regulations
– Experience using electronic documentation systems
– Fluent in English (bilingual) and Dutch (professional proficiency)
– Strong communication, leadership and reporting skills
