As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in the management and development of our client portfolio. You will be responsible for recruiting expert profiles, building customer loyalty and contributing to the growth of our business. Your main tasks: Commercial part:

Identifying and analysing customer needs to propose suitable profiles.

Prospect for new customers and develop the existing portfolio.

Negotiate commercial terms with customers and prospects.

Ensuring high-quality follow-up and maintaining long-term relationships with partners.
Recruitment:

Searching for and selecting qualified profiles via job boards, social networks and other channels.

Conduct interviews to assess candidates' technical and behavioural skills.

Monitor candidates throughout their assignment and ensure their satisfaction.

Organising and coordinating administrative procedures (contracts, agreements, etc.).

Profile :
Experience :
-
Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment or business development, ideally in a B2B environment.
Skills :

Excellent negotiation and customer relations skills.

Proficiency in recruitment tools (job boards, ATS, social networks).

Ability to manage several assignments simultaneously and meet ambitious targets.

Strong written and oral communication skills.
Education :
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Development or equivalent.
Languages :
-
English B2 (TOEIC 750).

Spanish at school level is a plus.
Other requirements:

Proficiency in the Office package (Word, Excel).
