Senior Functional Analyst – Belgium – 5 Months
Description :
We are currently seeking a Senior Functional Analyst specialised in SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central to support HR digital transformation projects within a corporate environment. The assignment is full-time for a minimum duration of 5 months.

Analyse and optimise business processes aligned with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors best practices.

Gather master data requirements and support HR data migration activities.

Lead system testing efforts to ensure quality and stability before go-live.

Collaborate with consultants and vendors for module deployment, configuration, and release testing.

Provide strategic recommendations on module utilisation (performance, compensation, succession).

Act as a subject matter expert within the internal Solutions Analyst team.

Communicate with architecture and integration teams regarding SAP software enhancements.

Produce functional specifications and reporting for various HR processes.
Profile :
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM, including recent hands-on experience with Employee Central.

Functional expertise in other SAP SF modules (Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals) is a strong plus.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead SF-related IT resources and collaborate cross-functionally.

Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).

Experience with complex SAP integrations, data governance, or SAP Workzone is a plus.
