We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer (minimum 10 years) to take full ownership of planning activities for major EP or EPC projects related to gas treatment units, typically lasting 3 years with budgets ranging between €50M and €500M.
The role involves the coordination, structuring, and control of complex schedules within multidisciplinary engineering environments.

Project Planning & Schedule Development

• Prepare and structure the project baseline schedule using the company Work Breakdown Structure.

• Ensure inclusion of all project activities, including customer and stakeholder deliverables.

• Coordinate with engineering disciplines to validate dates, durations, logic links, and weights.

• Analyse critical paths and near-critical paths, proposing mitigation actions with the Project Manager.

Execution, Monitoring & Reporting

• Update the schedule and progress measurement sheets monthly based on actual progress and realistic forecasts.

• Conduct progress analysis, identify delays, and anticipate upcoming tasks (look-ahead).

• Recommend corrective actions to improve performance and limit deviations.

• Support the Project Manager in defining and implementing the Project Execution Strategy.

• Provide clear visibility on project deadlines and progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordination & Collaboration

• Work closely with Project Engineers and discipline leads.

• Participate in project reviews and coordination meetings.

• Ensure continuous alignment between engineering teams, project teams, and stakeholders.
