As part of the revamping of an industrial furnace, we are looking for a Site Manager (M/F) to supervise the installation and commissioning of equipment on site.

Supervision & Coordination

• Manage all furnace assembly activities (JPF, RTF, SF, SCS, RCS, OAS, FCS, Exit Section).

• Ensuring coordination between site teams, subcontractors and customers.

• Supervising theprogress of work and ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.

Reporting & Documentation

• Writing weekly progress reports, updating the schedule and the S-curve.

• Manage  punch lists, non-conformities and follow up on corrections.

• Write the final mission report and the feedback report.

Safety & Compliance

• Monitor and apply the HSE plan on site.

• Welcoming and informing visitors and external contractors about safety rules.

• Drafting safety documents

  • : Job Risk Analysis (1 per week).

  • Monthly safety review.

  • Incident and near miss reports.
