As Subcontract Manager, you will play a central role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of subcontracting on the Dunkerque CO2 Terminal and Pipelines project. You will support the project director and the package manager while supervising the activities of the subcontracting engineers.

Your main tasks:

Development phase :

• Oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of assigned EPC packages.

• Coordinate with the technical managers and package managers to progress to the "ready to sign" stage before the final investment decision (FID).

• Preparing invitations to tender and EPC terms and conditions, in conjunction with the legal and procurement teams.

• Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations with bidders.

• Supervising the activities of subcontracting engineers on other work packages.

• Contribute to the pre-qualification process and audit bidders to ensure compliance.

• Participate in project meetings and ensure a balance between commercial, financial and technical requirements.
