As part of a large-scale corporate project, we are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant, specialising in the Employee Central module, to strengthen the Enterprise Applications team. 
You will work directly with local HR teams, the IT team based in India, and our AMS partner. 
Your main role will be to design, deploy and optimise SAP SuccessFactors solutions within a structured, multicultural and performance-oriented environment.

Main responsibilities

• Analyse existing HR processes and propose improvements in line with SAP HCM / SuccessFactors best practices.

• Collect HR master data requirements to prepare for their migration to SuccessFactors.

• Supervise functional testing phases and ensure the quality of deliverables before going live.

• Participate in the configuration, integration and update phases of modules with external partners.

• Provide strategic support to the HR department in the implementation of new HR processes.

• Participate in the configuration, integration and module update phases with external partners

• Provide strategic support on the use of SuccessFactors (performance, remuneration, succession, etc.)

• Write and maintain functional documentation (specifications, HR reports, etc.)

• Collaborate with other functional analysts, SAP architects and business users
