Talent Acquisition Consultant – UK (BS) – 6 Months

DCAI is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to drive and implement strategic recruitment initiatives for a leading nuclear engineering company. The selected consultant will work closely with HR Business Partners to shape and execute recruitment plans, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs

Collaborate with operational teams to fulfill recruitment needs for internal and external positions

Identify and manage the most effective recruitment channels (advertisements, agencies, social media, internal mobility, etc.)

Conduct qualitative selection interviews and support final decision-making

Coordinate candidate assessments, including personality questionnaires and assessment centers

Represent the company at job fairs, events, and within the academic network

Manage talent mobility programs, assisting internal candidates in career progression

Participate in HR projects aimed at improving recruitment processes, including onboarding, employer branding, and digital tools
Profile :
-
5-7 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a matrix organization

Strong background in talent acquisition and HR strategy

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Experience in nuclear, engineering, or technical sectors is a strong advantage

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
