DCAI is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to drive and implement strategic recruitment initiatives for a leading nuclear engineering company. The selected consultant will work closely with HR Business Partners to shape and execute recruitment plans, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs

• Collaborate with operational teams to fulfill recruitment needs for internal and external positions

• Identify and manage the most effective recruitment channels (advertisements, agencies, social media, internal mobility, etc.)

• Conduct qualitative selection interviews and support final decision-making

• Coordinate candidate assessments, including personality questionnaires and assessment centers

• Represent the company at job fairs, events, and within the academic network

• Manage talent mobility programs, assisting internal candidates in career progression

• Participate in HR projects aimed at improving recruitment processes, including onboarding, employer branding, and digital tools
