ICT Systems Officer – Belgium – 7 Months

Description :
A major industrial and technology group operating internationally is looking for an experienced ICT Systems Officer (SCCM Specialist) to strengthen its Service Desk & Workplace team within the Corporate ICT Department.

The role involves supporting approximately 4,500 users across 60 sites in 7 countries, managing and optimising the SCCM environment, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within a complex IT infrastructure that includes two datacentres and over 480 servers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
  • Create and deploy installation packages and system images (Software Center).
  • Manage PC and server updates via SCCM.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and technical procedures.
  • Ensure incident and change management (Level 2) in compliance with ITIL standards.
  • Maintain and update the CMDB and generate performance reports.
  • Support internal users and coordinate with global teams.
  • Propose and implement continuous improvement solutions for system reliability and performance.
  • Monitor technological developments and ensure alignment with group standards.
Profile :
  • Education: Degree in IT systems, computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, ideally within an international multi-site organisation.
  • Technical expertise:
    • Expert knowledge of SCCM administration.
    • Excellent understanding of Windows 10 / 11 and PC hardware.
    • Good knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (user, computer, and group management).
    • Proficient in Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
    • Assets: Intune, ITIL, Windows Server, Group Policies, Atlassian Suite, basic networking (routers/switches).
  • Languages: French (native or bilingual), English (fluent, written and spoken).
