Site Manager – Algeria – 12 Months
Description :
DCAI is currently looking for an experienced and highly operational Site Manager to support the construction of an industrial CGL line currently under execution in Algeria.
The selected candidate will act as the main on-site interface between the erection company and the end client, ensuring proper coordination, supervision and execution of construction activities.
Main scope of activities:
- Supervision of CGL construction activities;
- Mechanical and piping site management;
- Structural steel erection supervision;
- Casing assembly supervision;
- Refractory works coordination;
- Site construction management and reporting;
- Coordination with subcontractors and client representatives;
- Monitoring of HSE, quality and construction schedule;
- Technical support during erection and installation phases.
Profile :
- Strong experience as Site Manager on industrial construction projects;
- Proven experience on CGL lines or similar heavy industrial process lines;
- Strong background in:
- mechanical erection,
- piping,
- structural steel assembly,
- refractory activities,
- industrial construction supervision;
- Ability to manage multicultural site environments;
- Strong communication and coordination skills;
- Autonomous, hands-on and field oriented profile.
