Civil Engineer – UK – 6 Months
Description :
DCAI is currently looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to support major nuclear projects in the UK, including HPC and SZC programmes.
- Support the design and management of civil engineering activities
- Perform reinforced concrete structural calculations and FEM analysis
- Review technical queries and engineering changes
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders and project teams
- Supervise detailing models and technical drawings
- Deliver high-quality engineering work packages within project schedule
- Participate in technical coordination and business support activities
Profile :
- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil/structural engineering
- Strong experience in reinforced concrete calculation and design
- Experience in highly regulated industrial or nuclear environments
- Familiarity with Eurocodes, British Standards and ETC-C standards
- Experience on major infrastructure or nuclear projects appreciated
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- ANSYS or equivalent FEM software
- Reinforced concrete structural analysis
- AutoCAD appreciated
- Microsoft Office Suite
