DCAI is seeking a highly experienced DCS Commissioning Specialist to support the pre-commissioning and commissioning of a major 200 MW electrolyser facility in the Netherlands.

The successful candidate will lead all DCS-related activities, from system reception and energisation through logic verification, troubleshooting and final documentation.

• Manage DCS reception, energisation and system checks

• Verify the DCS configuration against project specifications

• Check functional logic, ranges, sensor types and control parameters

• Coordinate with instrumentation and loop-check teams

• Diagnose and resolve DCS-related issues

• Modify the DCS configuration when required to meet specifications

• Support commissioning of electrical and rotating equipment

• Complete all quality records relating to on-site checks

• Coordinate activities with engineering teams, vendors and subcontractors

• Produce progress reports and commissioning documentation
