Our client is a key player in renewable energy development, involved in large-scale infrastructure projects including hydropower, solar systems and associated energy infrastructure, contributing to sustainable development in the region.

You will be responsible for the overall management of civil construction projects, including:

• Structuring and leading high-performance project teams

• Managing civil works projects in coordination with engineering partners

• Supervising design, planning and execution of infrastructure (hydraulic, solar and related assets)

• Managing project budgets and ensuring cost control and profitability

• Coordinating all stakeholders across multiple construction sites

• Ensuring compliance with quality, HSE and environmental standards

• Supporting the definition and deployment of the civil construction strategy

• Working closely with executive management and multidisciplinary teams
