Nuclear Project Engineer – France (13) – 6 Months
Description :
As part of several nuclear engineering projects, we are supporting a leading international engineering company in the delivery of project engineering and coordination activities.
The role involves working at the interface of engineering disciplines, project teams and suppliers, ensuring the smooth execution of complex technical projects.
- Coordinate and manage stakeholders involved in project activities
- Organise and lead project meetings (kick-off, technical coordination, progress reviews)
- Monitor and manage project deliverables and planning
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare and consolidate project reporting (weekly and monthly)
- Analyse project risks and support mitigation strategies
- Ensure proper interface management between engineering teams, procurement and project execution
- Monitor suppliers during design, procurement and execution phases
- Contribute to technical coordination of mechanical and structural packages
- Capitalise on lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement
Profile :
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Civil, Nuclear or equivalent)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project engineering or project coordination
- Strong experience in:
- multidisciplinary project environments
- engineering coordination
- stakeholder management
- Experience in nuclear or highly regulated environments is a strong plus
- Ability to manage complex interfaces and multiple contributors
