Description :
First-line IT support is provided by a global Service Desk team based in Belgium and India. The environment includes 60 sites, 4,500 users and more than 450 servers. Main tasks

Receiving and processing user requests (via ticketing or telephone)

Analysis, categorisation and prioritisation of incidents

Escalation to level 2 teams

Follow-up and communication with users

Updating the knowledge base
Profile :
-
Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, ticketing tools
-
Good basic knowledge of networks (DNS, VPN, LAN, etc.)

Knowledge of ITIL, Jira and Confluence (an asset)

Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to explain technical subjects in layman's terms
