IT Support Officer – Belgium – 6 months

Description :
First-line IT support is provided by a global Service Desk team based in Belgium and India. The environment includes 60 sites, 4,500 users and more than 450 servers.

Main tasks
  • Receiving and processing user requests (via ticketing or telephone)
  • Analysis, categorisation and prioritisation of incidents
  • Escalation to level 2 teams
  • Follow-up and communication with users
  • Updating the knowledge base
Profile :
  • Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, ticketing tools
  • Good basic knowledge of networks (DNS, VPN, LAN, etc.)
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Jira and Confluence (an asset)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to explain technical subjects in layman's terms
